Hello, my name is Sarah Venzara, the founder of Doula at Your Door Inc. with my husband, Nathan Venzara.
With over 15 years of birth work experience and Nathan’s extensive culinary background we started DAYD with the simple idea of cooking nourishing meals with the postpartum mother and newborn in mind. Our weekly menus include foods known to aid in digestion, build blood, assist in lactation and support mothers' energy in the most immediate postpartum time.
Everything we cook is gluten-free and made from scratch so we are happy to accommodate food allergies, intolerances, and preferences.
We only use organic, local (as possible) ingredients, as well as pasture-raised eggs, poultry, pork, and grass-fed beef.
**We are food safety certified and cook everything out of our licensed commercial kitchen in Longmont, CO.**
